WhatsApp Working on a New Chat Recording Feature with AI Integration
WhatsApp, the widely used social platform for conversation, is again in the highlights. This app has 200 billion active users around the globe, including 100 million only in the US. This is working on new AI features to make this social media app more user-friendly. Let us know more about this feature.
WhatsApp is testing the new chat recording feature with meta AI.
The newly announced feature of WhatsApp, which is powered by Meta AI, is still under process. This will allow users to keep their important conversations safe to use or recall whenever needed in the recorded form. Users can fully manage stored information, with the ability to update or delete memories as needed.
Important Features of WhatsApp’s Chat Recording
Personalization: Meta AI will help users save and retrieve information from previous chats. Thanks to the Chat Memory function, it allows for customized responses that suit the user’s choice.
User Control: Users will be in total command of the data that is stored. By utilizing commands like “remember this,” individuals can manually tell Meta AI to remember particular details. Individuals can even update or remove stored data as necessary.
Interface Updates: The Meta AI contact card in WhatsApp will get a new “Memory” section that will let users see all the data the AI has stored about them.
In addition to this, WhatsApp just added a new feature during the video calling. Now you can enjoy your quality time with loved ones with 10 filter options, including Warm, Cool, Black & White, Light Leak, Dreamy, Prism Light, Fisheye, Vintage TV, Frosted Glass, and Duotone. There are also background options, including Blur, Living Room, Office, Cafe, Pebbles, Foodie, Smoosh, Beach, Sunset, Celebration, and Forest.
Moreover, the newly launched feature of “Low-light Mode” for video calls is also helpful, which provides good video quality in dimly lit environments. This feature reduces image graininess, providing a clearer and more refined video-calling experience. It’s already available in India.
